1.  Ukulele King.net reserves the right to change prices, product descriptions, and any other information related to this site at any time without prior notice.  We will do our best to keep all information on our site up to date, but cannot be held responsible for information that is inaccurate of not in accordance with the manufacturer.

2.  All sales are final.  If an item arrives damaged please contact us at returns@ukuleleking.net or by calling 866-982-2083 to receive an RMA# (items cannot be returned without an RMA #) so that a replacement can be sent.

3.  Ukulele King.net will not share any of your information with any other organization for any reason (besides information necessary for purchase and return of your product).  We offer 100% privacy on all information that we collect from you. 

4.  Your purchase can be made via PayPal or via Amazon Checkout.  Both of these credit card processors will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express cards. 

5.  Shipping on most items is a flat rate of $17 per ukulele ordered.  If you would like information pertaining to quantity discounts please email us at sales@ukuleleking.net. 

6.  Ukulele King.net is committed to providing you fast and efficient delivery of your ukulele.  Since we purchase our instruments from a manufacturer it is a possibility that the item you have ordered may not be in stock when your order is placed.  We will offer a similar item, delay delivery, or refund the order based on your preference.
